Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vedabless.com. Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@vedabless.com with clear images so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used supplements
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately after the refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at info@vedabless.com with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at info@vedabless.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
